Numerous promenades and irrigation channel trails invite you to take relaxing walks, while the nearby Merano Thermal Baths and the old town are just a few minutes away from Palace Merano. Palace Merano features two dietary restaurants and a lounge bar with a tea bar for evening entertainment. The hotel bar does not serve alcoholic beverages. The day starts with natural energy from freshly prepared fruit salad, herbal tea, and barley coffee. The lunch and dinner menu adheres to the principles of conscious, light eating, combining freshness, flavour, and nutrient richness. Carefully composed dishes made from seasonal vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and plant proteins ensure balance and enjoyment. Elegant attire is requested in the evenings. On New Year's Eve, the dinner is enhanced with additional courses.

The holistic detox nutrition concept complements the therapy treatments with a cleansing, detoxifying, yet enjoyable cuisine. Based on fresh, seasonal, and predominantly vegetarian ingredients, finely tuned dishes are created that unfold their natural taste through herbs and spices. The detox menu avoids meat, salt, refined products, and dairy, instead focusing on mineral- and vitamin-rich foods with a neutral pH value and includes a "liquid diet day". As an alternative, the Biolight menu offers light, healthy dishes with fish, poultry, and white meats, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. A medical history captures individual eating habits and develops a personalized dietary plan that leads to a balanced lifestyle during and after the treatment.

The wellness area (open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) spans approximately 1,800 sqm and features an indoor pool (about 16x7 m, approx. 29°C), a summer outdoor pool (31x13 m, heated to about 26°C,) with a pool bar, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, Kneipp path, and a separate wet area for ladies. Oases of tranquility in the spacious hotel park with Mediterranean vegetation invite you to linger. The state-of-the-art floating tank (subject to a fee) creates a state of calm by shielding you from the outside world, ideal for physical and mental relaxation.

The Beauty Spa, predominantly lit by natural daylight, offers energising massages for the scalp, neck, and shoulders, manicures and pedicures, hair removal, exfoliations, and facial and body treatments (detox, anti-aging, drainage). The range is complemented by medical aesthetics for modelling and tightening the face and body using cutting-edge technology. Beauty products from PIROCHE Cosmétique and Revital-Kosmetik are used, made from South Tyrolean spring water and medicinal plant phytoextracts for detox, revitalization, and anti-aging.

The medical department spans approximately 1,500 m² and is divided into five areas: Health & Nutrition, Bioenergetics, Hydro-Fangotherapy, SPA & Fitness, and Relax & Balance. The facilities are complemented by an in-house doctor's office and a 24-hour emergency service. A specialized team of medical specialists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, bioenergetic and hydro therapists, nutrition and diet consultants, aesthetic medicine practitioners, naturopaths, and natural healers ensures comprehensive care. In collaboration with the private Health Center St. Josef. Palace Merano has its own laboratory for general profile analyses such as hormone, cardio, and longevity profiles, measurements of iron content, rheumatoid factor, tumor markers, Heliobacter, fatty acids, and vitamin content, urine tests, detection of food intolerances, and antibiotic resistance determination.

The range of treatments includes acupuncture, hydro-colon therapy, bone density measurement, vitamin and anti-age infusions, pain therapy, cell resonance treatment, and Revital Hydro-Fangotherapy with hydro-aromatherapy, phyto-mud therapy, and hydro-jet. It is complemented by manual massages, muscle and fascia massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, yoga massage, and targeted abdominal, chest, head, and cellulite treatments. For physical and mental stress, floating, mindfulness training, and deep relaxation treatments are available. The medical programs aim for holistic well-being, strengthening of body and mind, improvement of physical functions, and promotion of health, energy, and longevity.

The Revital® Method aims for holistic well-being, revitalization, and health preservation through individually tailored treatments, based on the principles of TCM and modern preventive therapies. It strengthens the immune system, improves tissue elasticity and nutrient absorption, allowing the body and mind to gain new energy and maintain the health status achieved during the therapy for the long term.

250m² panoramic fitness studio (7 a.m. - 8 p.m.) featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, and a 160m² sports lab with advanced diagnostics as well as Power Plate training, TRX training, Reformer Pilates, vacuum training, and cryotherapy. Extensive range of activities including aqua fitness, Kinesis training, kickboxing, Pilates, Qi Gong, posture-correcting gymnastics, and yoga, which can also take place in the park.
