Surrounded by the stunning Lake Tollensesee in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Park am See - Nattika Ayurveda is a haven of relaxation. Dining & Leisure
In the ANADI restaurant, nutrition is part of a holistic health concept based on the principles of Ayurveda. The kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal, and preferably regional ingredients, tailored to the individual constitution. The dishes are prepared according to Ayurvedic guidelines and aim to support the body's natural self-healing powers. The restaurant offers a peaceful atmosphere with a large terrace and a tea station with Ayurvedic herbal teas available throughout the day.
Ayurveda Center
The Ayurveda Center, blending modern design with traditional elements, is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Guests can receive a personalised treatment plan from a highly qualified team of Ayurvedic specialists and therapists. All Ayurveda treatments are based on the proven principles of proper examination and assessments: Darshana - inspection and observation, Sparshana - palpation, percussion, auscultation, and Prashna - questioning of health status focusing on one's lifestyle, diet, habits, and environment. Based on these results, the Ayurveda specialist determines the individual treatment concept. Treatments include Panchakarma treatments, rejuvenating Rasayana therapy, stress management techniques, lifestyle advice, as well as classic massages, foot massages, medical steam baths, facial packs, and much more. The reed-covered yoga hall (approx. 400 sqm) is flooded with natural light and is an ideal place for yoga and meditation. Experience yoga not just as a physical exercise, but as a transformative therapeutic tool to achieve holistic spiritual, psychological, and physiological healing.
Free Time
The resort offers a diverse daily leisure programme, including visits to the in-house herb garden, Ayurvedic cooking classes, lakeside bonfire evenings, tea hours, classical instrumental music, and informative Ayurveda lectures. There is a bathing area by the lake with sun loungers. Guests also have the opportunity to rent boats on-site for a fee and take a small boat tour. For the physically active, a spacious gym covering 350 sqm is available.
