Your treatment and diet plan will be customised for you following a consultation and examination using 'Nadi Pariksha' (pulse diagnosis) by an Ayurveda doctor. Essential Ayurvedic treatments for managing hypertension, such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga, and Pottali massages, are performed daily, with herbal drinks served after each treatment. The 200 sqm Ayurveda Center features four traditionally equipped treatment rooms and an Ayurvedic sauna. A team of two Ayurveda doctors and four therapists (English-speaking) will attend to your needs at scheduled times. Weekly Ayurveda cooking classes and lectures on medical astrology are also available.
