Following the consultation with your Ayurveda doctor, the recommended diet is passed on to the chefs, who take care of all your dietary needs. I am simply thrilled with my first Ayurveda retreat. The care was very personalized and I felt particularly well looked after. The food was fantastic and couldn't have been fresher, everything was homemade and delicious. The treatments were just great, my therapist Rasagni was simply incredible. The atmosphere is very informal, loving and appreciative. The beach is right on the doorstep and is beautiful. I was in the sea almost every day, even when there were light to higher waves. I learned a lot about my health and what I can do differently. And I'm going back with improved health and wonderful impressions. I would book the Sath Villa again and again when I go on an Ayurveda trip.

I feel reborn, full of vitality and strength. The treatments were tailored to my symptoms. I felt very well looked after during the treatments, great therapists. The doctors were also always present and constantly adjusted my treatment, very pleasant atmosphere. The food tasted really good, there was even a cooking session to take something back to everyday life. The whole team at Sath Villa was very helpful and courteous, always ready to listen. The room was fantastic!
