SIRO One places a high emphasis on individual, healthy eating. The "Refuel Bar" delights you with tasty and nutritious snacks, shakes, and refreshments, perfect for a wholesome meal before or after your workout. The quality and balance of the dishes are constantly monitored by the hotel's own dietary advisor. Additionally, individual dietary needs can be accommodated through the In-Room Modular Dining option.

The hotel is connected to "The Link", one of Dubai's most renowned culinary destinations with 8 restaurants. Located directly beneath the hotel at a height of 328 feet, "The Link" spans 754 feet, making it the world's longest cantilevered restaurant complex. At "Arrazuna" on the 24th floor, you can enjoy a healthy, extensive breakfast buffet. Lunch or dinner for half board guests is served at "Aelia" on the 25th floor or at "Andaliman". The state-of-the-art Recovery Lab (approx. 1,000 sqm) located on the 31st floor offers a range of holistic and innovative therapies to enhance mental and physical well-being. Qualified therapists and nutritionists create tailored treatment and dietary plans, addressing individual needs. 10 treatment rooms provide the perfect space for your recovery experience, including 3 rooms specialised in iDome, Welnamis, and . The range of treatments includes myofascial cupping, physiotherapy, dry needling/acupuncture, and more. All treatments are conducted or supervised by highly trained therapists.

In addition to innovative therapies, the spa area features an infrared sauna, a steam room, a cold plunge pool (5-12°C), a Zen Room, and the Recovery Lounge with a Himalayan salt wall and massage chairs. The spa area is also designed for optimal regeneration.
