Douz is located on the southern edge of Tunisia and is known as the "Gateway to the Desert". The area is captivating with its spectacular nature: golden sand dunes and hidden oases. In the restaurant "Talis" (7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), Berber traditions and North African flavours take centre stage. The menu features dishes such as homemade sand bread, spicy mezze, and various couscous variations, prepared with regional ingredients and refined by finely tuned herb and spice blends. Whether indoors or on the terrace, enjoy the atmosphere in the "Dining Room" (6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.). From the breakfast buffet with Tunisian bread, pastries, and seasonal fruits to cosy lunches and dinners.
The "Lobby Lounge" is also a perfect spot for an afternoon coffee or a fresh mint tea.

For special occasions, tailor-made culinary experiences are available such as a Bedouin-style picnic, a romantic dinner under the starry sky, or a Berber barbecue on the terrace of your own villa (for a fee).
