Start your day with a varied breakfast buffet. In the evening, enjoy regional, international dishes with a Mediterranean twist and seasonal cuisine. Starters and salads are available at the buffet, and for your 3-course choice menu, you can select from meat, fish, vegetarian, or vegan dishes. Options for reduced, diet, gentle, wholefood, vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free meals are available. The wellness area includes an approximately 36°C warm indoor thermal pool with mineral water from the spa, massage jets, and bubble benches. From April to October, a 28°C warm outdoor thermal pool is available. Additionally, a Kneipp pool in the garden (March to October) offers refreshing variety.

The sauna and relaxation area features a Finnish sauna with light therapy, a steam grotto, infrared cabins, and the "SeaClimate" marine climate cabin. Fine mineral salt mist and ionized oxygen create a pleasant climate. 20 to 30 minutes in the cabin are like a 2-hour walk by the sea. Cosmetic treatments and beauty treatments are also available.

In Bad Füssing, several spa doctors are available, and medical supervision is provided on-site. Therapy treatments can be administered in the in-house therapy department (120 sqm, Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.). The hotel is eligible as a sanatorium under § 30 and has health insurance accreditation. For health stays, the hotel offers its own physiotherapy practice, a Kneipp pool in the garden, and a certified team of therapists. The range of treatments includes classic massages, lymphatic, reflexology, and connective tissue massages, heat and electrotherapy, physiotherapy, inhalation, as well as aquatic exercises and treatments in the movement pool. Treatments can be based on medical prescriptions or as private treatments.

A gym is available for physical activities. Additionally, there is a changing course offer, including Aqua Gym, Qi Gong, Yoga, Meditation, Dream Journeys for relaxation, spinal gymnastics, and Nordic Walking. The area around Bad Füssing is also great for extended bike tours.
