Long Covid / Post Covid
This 2020 study examines the psychological stress caused by the pandemic, including symptoms such as depression and anxiety and the resulting increased risk of infection due to a weakened immune system. Many aspects of Ayurveda can be considered "immune boosters" as they play a role in psychoneuroimmune mechanisms. Ayurveda can therefore not only help to improve the quality of life, but also reduce the risk of infection.
