    Osteoporosis / Bones

The health of the bones in the body is vital and requires a delicate balance of nutrients and minerals to ensure they remain strong throughout life. If this is not the case, it can lead to conditions such as osteoporosis. Ayurvedic medicine works with herbs and natural medicines that have been shown to be extremely beneficial in treating bone disease with these natural remedies and therapies. This review paper deals with normal bone metabolism and disorders caused by bone fractures, especially osteoporosis and current therapeutic treatment. It also explains the effects of natural product ingredients on bone tissue and demonstrates their efficacy in various experimental models.
