The elegant, modern main building is connected through a central reception to the historical section, once known as Villa Lambert. A standout feature of the region is the healthy maritime climate, renowned for its high iodine and aerosol content. The wide, fine sandy beaches, sometimes framed by impressive cliffs, provide perfect conditions for rejuvenating walks by the water – whether under the sunshine or a fresh breeze. The beneficial effects of the climate are evident with every breath: it enhances respiratory health, boosts the immune system, and significantly contributes to overall well-being.
Food & Drinks
The hotel restaurant "Lambert" invites you on a delightful culinary journey where traditional flavours meet modern sophistication. Led by an experienced head chef, fresh Polish and regional specialties are prepared daily in a contemporary style - authentic, creative, and tasty. In addition to hearty classics, look forward to exquisite Mediterranean dishes that impress with their lightness, as well as an introduction to the world of molecular gastronomy, offering an exciting experience for curious gourmets.
The day begins with a varied breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. At lunch, the kitchen team serves a lovingly prepared 3-course menu, while in the evening you can enjoy a diverse buffet with both hot and cold dishes. For even more culinary variety, an à la carte restaurant is also available.
Special dietary needs are well catered for: vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free dishes are available on request (some at a charge). The hotel also offers special diet programs with five meals a day, such as a detox vegetable-fruit diet, a fasting diet, or a slimming diet with about 1,200 kcal per day - perfect for those who want to indulge consciously (at a charge).
For relaxed moments away from the dining room, the stylish Lobby Bar and the charming "Orangeria Café" invite you to linger. Here, you can enjoy delicious cakes and pastries freshly baked according to traditional pastry art and without artificial additives - a real treat for all sweet tooths.
In the warmer months, the seasonal "Beach Bar" on the hotel's own beach terrace and the inviting rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea enhance the gastronomic offerings - the perfect spot for a sundowner or a light snack in between.
Spa & Wellness
The expansive wellness and spa area invites you daily to relax, rejuvenate, and enhance your well-being. The modern indoor pool (open daily from about 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) with a comfortable water temperature of about 30°C offers ample space for swimming and relaxation with its size of approximately 12x6 m. For the fitness enthusiasts, a counter-current system provides effective training, while the cascade shower ensures a pleasant neck massage. The little ones can enjoy themselves in the separate children's pool (about 3x3 m), while the whirlpool beckons for a relaxing soak. Comfortable loungers in the relaxation lounge and some fitness equipment complete the offerings in the bathing area.
Another highlight is the diverse sauna area, which unfolds its soothing effects daily from about 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Here, you will find a wide selection of sauna types, including an infrared sauna, a classic dry sauna, an aroma sauna, a steam bath cabin, a herbal sauna, and a special amber grotto with heated relaxation loungers – ideal for gentle regeneration of body and mind. The sauna concept is complemented by an inhalation chamber, a Kneipp pool, a tepidarium with a mild stimulating climate, and a refreshing ice fountain for cooling down after the sauna.
For a special microclimate experience, a salt grotto is also available (daily from about 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., for a fee of €6 (approx. UK £5 / USD $6)). Here, salt-enriched air provides soothing effects on the respiratory system and overall well-being.
The adjoining Medical Spa area further offers a variety of professional treatments at the highest level. State-of-the-art equipment enables targeted treatments for weight reduction (e.g., with innovative slimming technology) and anti-aging applications for face and body. These include programs for skin tightening, reducing cellulite, treating stretch marks from pregnancy, and other aesthetic concerns – for visible results and lasting care.
Health & Treatments
In the therapy area, qualified therapists fluent in English are on hand to create personalised treatment plans with expertise and empathy. Medical supervision is also ensured, with specialists regularly visiting the hotel, allowing medically accompanied therapies to be conducted comfortably and efficiently. The extensive range of therapeutic treatments includes classic partial massages, manual lymphatic drainage, peat packs, iontophoresis, inhalations, laser therapy, and both individual and group gymnastics.
A special focus is on the use of natural remedies from the region, such as local peat, sea salt, and amber, long valued for their soothing and anti-inflammatory effects.
A standout feature of the region is the sea aerosol in the air, which is particularly beneficial for respiratory ailments. The best conditions for inhaling this iodine-rich sea air are in the morning and evening when the fresh breeze blows directly from the sea. The iodine content in the air ranges from 0.75 to 2.53 micrograms per mm³ – one of the highest values in Europe under marine climate conditions.
Another important bioclimatic health factor is the natural plant communities, especially the pine forests along the coastline and the shady beech parks in the surrounding area, which further positively influence the healthy microclimate.

The charming surroundings of Ustronie Morskie are perfect for active relaxation in nature. Whether cycling along the Baltic coast (bike rental for a fee), extensive hiking, Nordic walking (for a fee), horse riding, tennis, or even golf – there's an activity for everyone to harmonize body and mind. For those looking to end the day in style, our in-house Night Club is the perfect spot.
A special highlight is the organized excursions to exciting regional destinations – such as the idyllic island of Bornholm or the historic Hanseatic city of Gdansk. These tours can be booked on site and are accompanied by a German-speaking guide – ensuring a relaxed experience full of cultural insights.
Families with children are well catered for: Little guests aged 3 and up can look forward to lovingly designed children's entertainment (subject to availability, from approximately €12/day). We had a great rest. The room with sea view was impressive, the medical treatments were good, the half board was tasty and home-style, the staff were friendly and competent and the surroundings were natural and beautiful.
