The Hotel at the Castle Park, located in the old residence city of Gotha in the green heart of Thuringia, indulges all senses with 4-star superior comfort. A splendour of trees and meadows leads directly from the hotel to Germany's oldest Baroque castle complex, Schloss Friedenstein, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

"Orangerie" and "Lucas Cranach Stube" - bright and welcoming with a seasonally adjusted menu and a sun terrace. Additionally, the hotel features an English hotel bar and a lobby with a 24-hour reception.
Wellness & Spa
At the Wellness Residence Thuringia (treatments available Mon-Sat from 10 a.m., by appointment), a team of physiotherapists, wellness therapists, and beauticians offer a modern medical wellness concept. Combining medical expertise, state-of-the-art cosmetic treatment devices, and premium care products, this concept aims to significantly enhance your physical and emotional well-being. The range includes massages from relaxing to exotic and beauty treatments from classic to anti-aging. The hotel's wellness area (Mon-Sat 2-8 p.m., closed on Sundays, except when the following Monday is a public holiday) features a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, an infrared heat cabin, ice showers, and a salt grotto. Treatments on the soft-pack lounger and clay treatments in the Rasul are also offered.
Sports programs (upon request), such as Nordic walking, stretching, and PMR-Progressive Muscle Relaxation by Jacobsen.

Pure nature and culture with the palace park and the Thuringian Forest, Friedenstein Palace, and the Ducal Museum, as well as the classical cities of Erfurt, Weimar, and Eisenach. Additionally, swimming in the city pool (approx. 15 minutes walk), cycling on the Thuringian city chain, and hiking on the Rennsteig trail.
