Enjoy the indoor pool (about 5 x 8 m, approximately 82°F) and the sauna area (about €10/day for active holidays, included with certain programs, see service description) covering about 2,500 sqm with 7 different saunas: Birch sauna (about 185-194°F), Herbal sauna (about 149°F), Fireplace sauna (about 205°F), Sanarium (about 140°F), Caldarium (about 122°F), Steam bath (about 118°F), and Tepidarium (about 99-102°F). Relish a variety of infusions, including Short & Crisp, Heat Rush, Firestorm, Fan, Fruit, and more. Whether relaxing, stimulating, fruity, or intense, there's something for everyone!

Additionally, the spa offers a Salina Lounge with dry salt mist, gemstone and sensorial showers, an ice fountain, and various relaxation areas. Unwind in the beautiful sauna garden with an outdoor pool, sun loungers, and a pool bar serving healthy vitamin drinks and light snacks. The wellness area includes 11 treatment rooms and offers a wide selection of massages, wellness, and cosmetic treatments, including Aroma, Head, or Hot Stone massages, scrubs, and wraps. The hotel features a generous fitness area with modern cardio equipment and a free weight section (circuit training for a fee) and about 70 different fitness, body & mind group classes per week. Focus areas include flexibility, strength, stamina, and relaxation with classes such as Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates, Back Fitness, Health Training, Cycling, Fascia Training, Zumba, BBP (Abdomen, Legs, Buttocks), Functional Training, Hot Iron, Tabata, Cross Training, AeroSling, Step Aerobics, and Aqua Fitness in the indoor pool. It was just the perfect weekend to relax. There was nothing to complain about. The yoga sessions, which were actually the reason we booked the stay, were a good mix of relaxation and powerful sequences. It didn't really matter that it wasn't always the same yoga instructor leading the classes. We were also able to use the sauna area, which was very pleasant. We could have taken advantage of other sports activities and the swimming pool as well, but that wasn't an option for us due to the short duration of our stay. The room was perfectly fine, too. The extremely tasty food and the excellent breakfast deserve special mention. And not to mention, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. This certainly wasn't the last time we'll visit the Freizeit Inn.
