The Hotel Dolphin Spa & Wellness is located in the heart of the spa town of Dabki, just about 500 m from the extensive sandy beach of the Polish Baltic coast and about 1 km from the popular Bukow Lake. It is distinguished by its family-friendly atmosphere.

Location & Surroundings

The former fishing village of Dabki (German: Neuwasser) is Poland's youngest recognized spa town, located between Bukow Lake and the Baltic Sea, which are separated by a roughly 9 km long land bridge. The Baltic Sea is especially popular for its health-promoting stimulating climate. Due to the clean air, rare and protected plant species can also be found here. Outside the summer months, Dabki is very quiet. The long beach and extensive forest invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Dining & Leisure

Restaurant with local and international cuisine. Breakfast and dinner buffet, with full board lunch soup of choice from the buffet, 2nd course at the table, 3rd course cake from the buffet, from 2019 lunch will be buffet style (soup, main course, and dessert). Vegetarian and diabetic meals available on request (for an additional charge). Lobby bar (café, day bar), sunbathing lawn, and sun terrace with loungers (seasonal).

Wellness & Spa

Modern spa and wellness area with indoor pool (approx. 14 x 7 m, approx. 30°C,) and whirlpool (10 a.m.-8 p.m.) as well as a fitness room. Finnish sauna and steam bath (4-8 p.m.). Infrared sauna for a fee.

Health & Treatments

Therapy department (SPA reception Mon-Sun, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.) with 10 treatment rooms for healing and rehabilitation treatments. A doctor visits the hotel. Treatments such as partial and full body, aroma and hydro massage, ultrasound, lymphatic drainage, magnetic field, electro, cryo, and laser therapy, Sollux lamp, mud and peat packs, inhalations, and medical baths (pearl, algae, mud bath).

Free Time

A diverse range of leisure activities such as Nordic walking or bike tours (rental approx. PLN 8/ €2 (approx. UK £2 / USD $2) per hour or approx. PLN 40/ €10 (approx. UK £9 / USD $11) per day). Boat trips and excursions to attractions in the area, e.g., the Duke's Castle, St. Mary's Church, and the Fisherman's Monument in Darłowo (Rügenwalde), one of the oldest cities in Pomerania. Barbecue evenings and outdoor events as offered. Children's play area or room and animator (seasonal) as well as a playground.

We spent nice hours inside and outside the hotel. The food was always to our satisfaction and bathroom / sauna were without complaint.

Recreation 100%. But beware: mid-November is the end of the season, who is looking for cheer and hustle and bustle is lost.

Overall good: hotel was ok and clean, staff was friendly, spa area varied, treatments were good and pleasant. Parking directly at the hotel and secured. Distance to the Baltic Sea only approx. 500 m.
