We had a very nice stay overall. The room was large and comfortable, we especially liked the great balcony - ideal for relaxing. The pool area is also very nice and invites you to relax. The food was delicious and varied, there was nothing to complain about. The staff were all very nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. However, a few small points could be improved: The meal time of 17:00 to 19:00 is set quite early. In addition, the wellness area looked more like a rehab clinic and could be made a little more comfortable. For a stay of six days, we would also have liked a change of bed linen and towels. Overall, however, a successful stay with many positive impressions.

The Hotel Era fulfills what it promises. Beautiful, clean rooms, air-conditioned restaurant. Due applications are carried out professionally. The food is very good, typical of the country, but mostly without sauces, the breakfast buffet is very good for three stars. A drop of bitterness for all noise-sensitive people like me. The hotel itself is very quiet, but in the immediate vicinity there is a child and animal friendly hotel, from there there is a lot of noise in the form of children screaming and dogs barking and also the other tourist flow is very strong during the day, including loud roaring motorcycles on the mountain road. If you don't like all this, it's better to book at the time of year when balcony doors are kept closed....

I deduct one star because I could not use some of the booked services of the package due to lack of planning on the part of the staff. Fas offered floating was not possible because water change and the special salt was not available, from the day of arrival no more cryo treatments were possible because the required gas had run out and was not available from the ordering company....until 18.11.!! But I had booked the package for exactly these two treatments.... They tried very hard to offer me a replacement program, but for such standard treatments you don't have to travel so far to Poland.... Most of the staff is super nice and accommodating, but the service staff on the 2nd evening was a bit stressed and overwhelmed because not only half board guests were there, but also a la carte customers. So I was told to "eat first" without having had a drink. As the program for 2026 at the Hotel Eros is now changing anyway, I'm not sure whether I'll make the long journey there again. What a shame, really!
