Bad Birnbach, nestled in the gentle hills between Rott and Inn within the Bavarian Spa Triangle, is often likened to the Tuscan landscape of Bavaria. This healthy locale and its serene surroundings form the perfect foundation for your successful therapy.

The MY MAYR Cuisine is a complete dietary nutrition featuring seasonal, regional, and organic products. At the MY MAYR MED Resort, you can sustainably heal your gut, enhance digestion, detoxify your body, and as a positive side effect, lose weight. Enhance your self-competence for healthy and digestible nutrition. The chewing training and a slowed-down eating pleasure improve digestive performance, sensitize the natural feeling of satiety, and support a healthy diet. A digestion-friendly and high-quality dietary design, even after the treatment, does not mean deprivation – but primarily maintaining the newly acquired eating habits consciously. In this process, the taste of good food is experienced anew.
Three different fasting methods are offered:
1. Modern F. X. Mayr Therapy
2. MY MAYR Liver Fasting
3. MY MAYR Vital Fasting
During the medical intake consultation, it is individually determined which fasting method is most suitable for you based on any pre-existing conditions and desires.
No alcoholic beverages or soft drinks are offered at the hotel.
Wellness & Spa
The MY SPA spans approximately 500 sqm and is open daily, offering a sauna, sanarium, and infrared loungers, a Microsalt infrared cabin, and Kneipp foot baths. MY GYM fitness room is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Personal training, wellness, and cosmetic treatments are available for a fee.
Health Center MY MAYR MED
The MY MAYR MED team specializes in comprehensive organism assessments, modern F. X. Mayr and natural healing methods, as well as anti-aging and prevention programs. Each guest receives a personalized therapy plan for a healthy, vibrant life. We offer extensive and innovative diagnostic and therapy options that can be applied not only during the treatment but also afterwards.
Advanced diagnostics with 3D body scans, bioelectrical impedance analysis, laboratory tests, risk calculators, modern stress hormone and neurotransmitter diagnostics, heart rate variability measurements, vital field measurements, ECG/echocardiography, lung function tests, and much more. Therapy offerings range from modern fasting, relaxation techniques, movement optimization, infusions, neural therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, physical therapy, modern prevention, colon hydro therapies, altitude balance training (IHHT) to longevity medicine.
The MY MAYR MED Concept
For your health and well-being! The Austrian doctor Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr identified the digestive system as the "root system" of humans – as it is the gastrointestinal tract, whose diseases and disorders underlie many civilization diseases. A mindful approach to the digestive system strengthens self-healing powers and regenerates the gut. Your My Mayr doctor will competently support you. Four powerful impulses for your health:
- Rest – Through the digestive system, the relief, recovery, and regeneration of the entire body are achieved. Regeneration is achieved with plenty of rest, sleep, and relaxation.
- Cleansing – The digestive tract must be cleansed, detoxified, and deacidified. This is facilitated by bitter salts, drinking therapy, and physical applications.
- Training – Poor dietary habits need to be corrected. Chewing and eating training and sufficient consumption of wholesome liquids should be relearned. A reorientation towards a healthier diet and lifestyle is initiated.
- Supplementation – Supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and trace elements as needed.
The focus is on gut rehabilitation. Through dietary care, manual abdominal treatments by doctors, and a gradual dietary buildup, gut function is regenerated. Fasting and reduced exposure to environment and media allow for self-reflection – inner reorientation, new joy, and vitality can emerge. Physical activity ensures a stable cardiovascular system, strengthens the immune defense, and improves detox results.
Free Time
The Rottal Terme offers approximately 2,400 sqm of thermal water area (about 26-40°C) across 30 pools, 13 saunas, steam baths, and a thermal stream. The distance between the resort and the Rottal Terme is just about 300 metres. An extensive network of hiking and cycling trails with varying levels of difficulty. Castles and palaces, nature and amusement parks, museums and cities invite you to explore.
Golf
The Rottal is a paradise for golfers. The "Bella Vista Golfpark" is only 600 metres from the hotel, and as a guest of the MY MAYR MED Resort, you receive a discount on green fees. Even a whole week is not enough to play all the courses. Within a 20 km radius, you will find seven more 18-hole championship courses, including three designed by the famous golf champion Bernhard Langer, as well as three 9-hole courses. There is something here for every level.

Bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, tea station, desk, and balcony. 11 very spacious My Mayr Junior Suites (approx. 36 sqm), additionally equipped with a sofa, armchair, and relaxation island. I have rarely experienced a hotel where all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is the case here. The hotel is still very new and wonderfully equipped. The food in the kitchen is great. And the surrounding area is perfect for walks and sightseeing. All in all, perfect

The hotel is very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. The healing therapies were extremely beneficial, all offers very good! The surroundings of Bad Birnbach beautiful:)
