Therapeutic fasting according to Buchinger is a method where solid food is avoided for a certain period to live off reserves (mainly fat reserves). You will consume fresh fruit and vegetable juices, fasting broths, smoothies, water, and tea. This process deeply cleanses cells and tissues in the body. Simultaneously, fasting reduces all inflammatory processes, alleviates pain, and improves mobility. Nutritional Therapy
As important as occasional fasting is the conscious intake of food. After all, our food forms the basis for what is absorbed into our body cells through metabolic processes daily. THE RESET medical team therefore creates an individual nutrition plan for each guest. Key components of a nutrient-rich and wholesome diet include vegetables and fruits from regional cultivation. Plenty of plant-based foods, a small amount of animal products, all freshly prepared! The right balance of essential nutrients such as proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibre, and various minerals is crucial.

In all spaces, you will find an ambiance of well-being flooded with natural light and harmoniously coordinated colours, surrounded by inviting architecture. In the generously designed rooms, you have the choice of views over the castle's courtyard with a fountain, the park, a side lake view, or a panoramic lake view - in any case, you will find a place of relaxation and tranquillity.
