    This study looked at the management of diabetes (pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes). Over a period of 6 months, one group received lifestyle change coaching along with yoga and the second group received the same coaching along with Ayurvedic medicine.

    The study found that the Ayurvedic medicines(Mamajjaka Churna, Amalaki Churna and Guduchi Churna) given to the patients helped to control blood sugar levels and that lifestyle changes and yoga helped to manage diabetes in everyday life.
