In this study, two groups of mothers (34 participants in total) were observed over a six-month period, with one group receiving Ayurvedic nutritional counseling and the other receiving traditional nutritional counseling from a primary care physician. The aim was to find out which healing therapy would achieve the best results for their burnout syndrome. Although both groups of mothers noticed an improvement in their syndrome, the group of mothers who participated in Ayurvedic counseling (which was conducted according to Ayurvedic tradition) showed a more significant improvement. The holistic approach to patient care was the decisive factor for these results.
