Thermal Aqua Ensana Health Spa Hotel

The Ensana Thermal Aqua Health Spa Hotel (non-smoking) is a popular spa hotel in a prime location, just steps away from the spa park and about 500 metres from the thermal lake. The thermal water contains dissolved and gaseous sulphur as well as mildly radioactive radon.

The hotel is located approximately 500 metres from the thermal lake and the town centre, in a slightly elevated panoramic position.

Indulge in fibre-rich, low-calorie dishes at the restaurant or unwind later at the bar with a selection of beverages.

7 to 10 a.m. extensive breakfast buffet

10 to 11 a.m. continental breakfast

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. herbal tea and fruit in the therapy hall.

12 to 2 p.m. light lunch with soups, salads, vegetables, pasta, grilled dishes, cakes, fruit.

3 to 5 p.m. coffee break (cakes, coffee, tea, ice cream).

6 to 9 p.m. dinner - a varied selection of starters, main courses, cheese, and desserts

The beverage service includes non-alcoholic drinks such as water, juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. From 11 a.m., open wines and draft beer are available. A bottle of mineral water is provided daily in the minibar.

The adventure pool, partially covered and open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., spans approximately 200 sqm of water area at a pleasant temperature of about 29°C. It features a Jacuzzi, geyser, waterfall, and underwater massage benches. Two thermal indoor pools with temperatures of about 33 and 37°C are also available. Outdoors, there is another pool (approximately 12 x 8 m) and a Kneipp walking pool (open from May to September).

The sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a textile sauna, a steam bath, and a cooling pool. For families, there are two covered children's pools. Additionally, we offer a sun terrace, a games room and playground, and entertainment (in the summer).

In the beauty area, we use hotel-owned products and offer newly developed beauty treatments. A hairdresser is also available.

The modern Therapy Center offers high-quality treatments from Monday to Saturday (except on Hungarian public holidays) under the supervision of specialist doctors. A variety of treatments are available, including the innovative "subaquatic traction" (weight bath). Additionally, group sports programmes are offered, and a fitness room is available.

The Spa Hotel is certified by TÜV Rheinland and is state-recognized, guaranteeing the highest quality and standards.

Contraindications: Tumorous diseases in the drug treatment phase, severe heart diseases, conditions after a heart attack, high blood pressure, venous thromboses, all acute and chronic infectious diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, hepatitis, etc.), active ulcers, hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Healing baths and wellness throughout the year (25-35°C)! Due to its volcanic origin, various minerals are dissolved in the lake water. Their combination with slightly radioactive radiation and bioactive healing mud has a strong alleviating effect on chronic pain.

The mineral-rich mud (radium salts, reduced sulphur compounds, chloride, iodide, calcium, sodium, magnesium, and iron) forms at the bottom of the thermal lake. Its warmth soothes the body, and the thermal water opens the skin's pores for the absorption of active substances, which activate cell regeneration, promote enzyme activities, inhibit inflammatory processes, calm nerve pathways, and simultaneously nourish cartilage and connective tissue.

The hotel offers bicycle and e-bike rentals, and guests have the opportunity to participate in sports activities.
