Nadine Bauer "My yoga mat is like a little island where everyday life and the world just don't matter. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and feel a deep connection to the flowing Vinyasa style. Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra are also integral parts of my practice and teaching. Finding a balance between activity and passivity - strength and calm - is crucial both on the mat and in everyday life."

She completed her first yoga teacher training in India, followed by many further trainings in various yoga styles with international teachers and authors like Karin Furtmeier and Diana Sans. In 2018, Magdalena discovered the tradition of Tantra Yoga and was instantly captivated by this free and life-affirming, subtle yet grounded worldview. "I look forward to sharing with you the feeling of vitality, love, and connection to life."
