The non-smoking ADLER Spa Resort BALANCE is situated in a 9,000 sqm garden in the centre of St. Ulrich. The resort is connected underground with the main building, ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI, and every guest has access to all spa facilities.

Surrounded by the majestic Dolomites, St. Ulrich is situated at an altitude of 1,230 metres in the picturesque Val Gardena, below the Seiser Alm.

A Gault Millau awarded star chef delights guests with sophisticated health cuisine. Regional organic products, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options, as well as individual dietary options are offered. Half board includes a large vitality breakfast buffet, afternoon snack, and a 4 to 5-course gourmet dinner à la carte in the evening. The AGUANA Water World (approx. 3,500 sqm, approx. 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.) is nestled in a unique park landscape with mountain views.
