Dining & Leisure

At the heart of the Fivelements Retreat Bali is its vegan cuisine, designed to nourish the body, awaken vitality, and serve as a key component of the healing process. The Sakti Dining Room aims to demonstrate how aromatic, flavourful, and innovative plant-based dishes can be. All meals are à la carte, with lunch and dinner offered as a 3-course menu for half and full board guests. Breakfast (7-11 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m.-3:30 p.m.), and dinner (6-10 p.m.) are served in the Sakti Dining Room. Afternoon tea and snacks are available from 3:30-6 p.m.

Many of the ingredients come from the hotel's own garden, nestled within a 3,700m² green landscape, embodying the philosophy and sustainability of Fivelements. The seasonal produce is used not only in the kitchen but also in the spa for healing oils, scrubs, and infusions, all handcrafted in the healing lab. The retreat's culinary philosophy supports not just health and longevity, but also a conscious and sustainable lifestyle.

Wellness & Spa

The outdoor pool is heated to 26-27°C, complemented by an ionised, chemical-free pool and a temperature-controlled therapy pool for water treatments. The spa area is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and offers a variety of body and facial treatments. The retreat programmes embrace the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, designed as transformative journeys for physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal. The Healing & Wellness Village follows the principle of Sekala-Niskala, integrating healing methods passed down through generations. Authentic energy healing, intuitive bodywork, and herbal care rituals provide a framework for natural balance and holistic regeneration. Treatments take place in private healing suites by the riverside, supported by a team attentively catering to individual needs. A boutique wellness shop with handmade products complements the offerings in a serene, nature-connected setting.
