"We believe in every tree, every bird, and every breeze that connects our villa with the world around us. Inspired by the roots of our ancestors and indigenous practices, we invite you on a continuous, interconnected, six-step journey to wellness (Heart, Mind, Body, Community, Environment, Spirit)."
1. Heart: Emotional well-being and love. At the core of the process is an understanding of every individual's fundamental need to be cared for. Plantation Villa is inspired by Buddhist teachings, especially Metta - loving kindness. You will learn many tools to help you achieve emotional stability and inner peace.
2. Mind: Knowledge and wisdom. Plantation Villa bases its knowledge on Vedic and Buddhist teachings, modern medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, nutrition, fitness, and much more. This knowledge enables us to teach guests the art of mindfulness.
3. Body: Physical well-being and holistic healing. Our experienced doctors offer a range of Ayurvedic treatments. Plantation Villa welcomes patients with cancer, depression, paralysis, and other conditions. The body is further supported with healthy food, dietary advice, and additional offerings such as hiking and cycling tours.
4. Community: At Plantation Villa, you are at the heart of the village, hosted and cared for by the community. The authenticity and sincere kindness will make you feel part of the community. Helping others expands your own mind and your connection to the world around you. As a guest, you are welcome to participate in communal activities in the village.
5. Environment: The inner journey with a step outward. Plant a tree, feel the earth beneath your feet, and the soft rustling of the forest as it comes to life. Your process is enhanced by connecting with nature.
6. Spirit: Awakening the spirit means fulfilling the heart, healing the body, nourishing the mind, connecting with others, and reconnecting with the planet we come from. In this way, you discover complete well-being.
