The traditional Göbel's Hotel Quellenhof, with its Art Nouveau villa Quisisana and the new building, is centrally located in the heart of Bad Wildungen in Waldecker Land, close to the UNESCO World Heritage Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. Just a few steps from the hotel is Europe's largest spa park.

Location & Surroundings

Bad Wildungen is nestled in green hills. Its enchanting old town captivates with its half-timbered facades - high above the city, Friedrichstein Castle looms. The health and wellness city of Bad Wildungen and the Health Center Reinhardshausen are connected by Europe's largest spa park. Spanning 50 hectares and about 4.7 miles in length, it guarantees beautiful walks to the healing springs, colonnades, and exhibition venues. It is also used for walking, jogging, and terrain therapy.

The dreamy wellness area in the Quisisana Medical SPA (7 a.m. - 10 p.m., saunas from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. on rotation), an island of peace and relaxation spanning approximately 1,500 sqm, offers a variety of professional health, wellness, fitness, and prevention programs. The spa features an indoor pool with bubble loungers. Outdoor pool and whirlpool (approx. April to October). The QuellenTherme

All guests of Göbel's Hotel Quellenhof can use the QuellenTherme (approx. 2,000 sqm), a wellness oasis located about 1.9 miles away in the spa district of Reinhardshausen in Bad Wildungen. You can reach the spa with your car or the city bus, which can be used for free with the guest card.
The QuellenTherme is ideal for therapies and treatments, as the spa also has a physio, wellness, and spa center with a comprehensive range of services and an experienced team of doctors and physiotherapists.

Tina Koumantsioti has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. After various advanced training courses in Thailand and Cyprus, she completed her certification as a Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga teacher and is also certified according to the standards of the Registered Yoga School (200 h RYS + 500 h RYS). "Yoga is a wonderful method for me to reduce stress and keep the body fit. I love to roll out my yoga mat and practice Yoga, completely switching off in the process. It's never too late to start - everyone can join in." In addition to Yoga, the qualified economist is also a business and resilience coach and trainer, using her skills to positively strengthen people in their mental power. Tina now wants to convince you, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, of the magic of Yoga. The combination of breathing exercises, meditation, and physical movement has become a mantra for the trainer - a magical formula that keeps her body and physical centre upright and strong.
Sabine Ullmann is a Yoga teacher, mentor for health promotion through nature experiences, nature and hiking guide, and herbal expert.Milena Sorge is an educator in relaxation techniques using a holistic method (Academy of Healthy Living), course leader in Autogenic Training (Academy of Healthy Living), course leader in Progressive Muscle Relaxation (Academy of Healthy Living), certified nature and landscape guide, stress management trainer, and WOGA SUP Yoga Instructor. Her relaxation courses focus on, for example, Autogenic Training, Progressive Muscle Relaxation. The courses are combined with body exercises from the fields of Eutony, breathing and perception exercises, mindfulness, exercises from Yoga, exercises from kinesiology, meditation, and much more.

Health sports are used to enhance personal well-being, productivity, and ultimately overall quality of life. The health courses for "Movement - Relaxation - Nature Experiences" are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants and perfectly complement alkaline fasting!

The extensive range includes breathing and body exercises from yoga, offering styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as Foot Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Sound Bowl Journeys. Forest bathing - the power ritual in nature, guided hikes, and herbal walks.
Fascia training, back fitness, spinal and flexibility training, aqua gym. Things heat up with "Back to Action Workouts".
Relaxation is achieved through Autogenic Training, Mind & Body Balance, and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).

The fairy-tale region around the hotel offers a variety of leisure activities, e.g., the nearby Kellerwald-Edersee National Park with all its options for hiking, cycling, water sports, and steamboat rides. Visit the quaint hotel-owned Helenental Alm in the romantic Helenental on weekends! Golfers will find two 9-hole and one 18-hole golf courses.
