The hotel is fine. Many employees are very eager to help, but there are also employees who have no interest in being friendly to the guest. The treatments included in the price are not comparable to treatments at a rehab center in Germany. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, you should consult a doctor in Germany beforehand, and in the hotel, despite prior medical consultation, the ambulance had to be called several times because the mostly older guests developed health problems during the treatments. The preliminary medical examination does not address previous health conditions in any way. Neither blood pressure is measured nor is a proper examination carried out. The conversation lasts a maximum of 5 minutes. The food is fine, the dining room is a bit small but the long meal times are quite good. (7:30-11:00) In the evening 16:30-19:00. I myself had a strong allergic reaction on my face after the cosmetic treatment, here too the hotel did not signal any regret or concession. I then got myself an anti-allergy remedy from the pharmacy...otherwise I would have had to cancel the vacation... Recovery factor, therefore unfortunately not very high...

I recovered well and relaxed. I can only recommend it and I'm thinking about repeating it.
