The hotel is located in the picturesque mountain village of Vals in South Tyrol, surrounded by the peaks of the Alps. The tranquil setting provides ideal conditions for relaxation and nature experiences. Hiking trails, bike routes, and ski slopes of the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area are in close proximity. The Dolomite panorama and the clear mountain air ensure soothing relaxation.

The cuisine epitomizes Alpine authenticity and exquisite taste. To start the day, the three-quarter board offers a breakfast buffet featuring regional products such as mountain butter, fresh rolls, fine cold cuts, egg dishes, strudel, and organic hay milk. In the afternoon, delightful treats from South Tyrol are served, and the evening culminates in a 5-course choice menu, the culinary highlight. The kitchen focuses on fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients, complemented by a select wine list.

Weekly, various themed evenings and specialties are offered to enhance the experience, such as: "Tyrolean Evening" with South Tyrolean specialties, "Serata Italiana" with Italian and Mediterranean specialties, a dessert buffet with Italian "Dolci" and local sweets, or a gala dinner. In the evening, guests can unwind in the bar, enjoying select wines, chosen gins, grappas, fruit brandies, and homemade apple juices.

The expansive 1,300 sqm wellness area (open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) offers a sanctuary for complete relaxation. The sauna area, featuring an aroma steam bath, organic sauna, Finnish sauna, and an event sauna, invites you to rejuvenate. Three exclusive sauna suites can be reserved for private moments of comfort (at a charge). The indoor pool provides refreshment, while the quiet zones with water beds and floating loungers offer a perfect escape. An infrared cabin is also available. In the Silence Garden and on the rooftop terrace with a 360-degree panorama, sun loungers are available. The gym is accessible to all hotel guests. Two heated outdoor pools and a year-round tempered indoor pool invite you to swim. Additionally, a whirlpool at 36°C is available. A plunge pool in the sauna garden, ranging from 4 to 12°C, provides invigorating refreshment after the sauna. All pools are filled with the purest Alpine spring water (Grander water).
