Nestled in the charming landscape of the southern Lüneburg Heath, the personally managed, family-friendly laVital Sport & Wellness Hotel awaits you with a wide range of sports activities with first-class training conditions, as well as a comprehensive health and relaxation programme. The untouched nature, the facilities, the natural and bright ambiance, and the lived warmth provide you with the necessary space to unfold – whether in sports or while relaxing.
Dining & Leisure
At the restaurant "Viva la Vita", indulge in light vital cuisine and regional specialties creatively crafted using high-quality ingredients and fresh products from local farmers' markets. A breakfast buffet is served in the mornings, and a 3-course dinner in the evenings (2-course dinner for the programmes Slim Magic & Fat Away Days). Vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options are available upon request. Please note, there is no lunch or dinner service on Sundays (half day off). Additionally, the hotel features a beer garden.
Wellness & Spa
In the wellness area, you will find a Finnish sauna, a natural swimming pond (approx. 6 x 12 m), and a conservatory for relaxation. A solarium and massage chairs are available for a fee.
The SPA "Beautiful & Well-Kept" offers body wraps and scrubs, classic full and partial body massages, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Tibetan and Ayurvedic massages, facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
Sports and Health Center
Fitness centre (approx. 300 sqm) equipped with modern strength and cardio machines. Sport classes such as Zumba and health-oriented fitness training are offered throughout the year.
For a fee, health checks, prevention programmes, and a multi-functional hall (approx. 1,500 sqm) for various indoor sports such as tennis, badminton, football, etc., are available. Outdoors, there are also 2 tennis courts and a football pitch suitable for national league matches, as well as extensive green spaces for other activities. Bicycle rental (approx. €5 half day, €10/day).

The southern Lüneburg Heath offers something special in every season. Explore the charming landscape through hiking, cycling, or jogging. Discover local attractions such as the famous Autostadt Wolfsburg (approx. 32 km) with the Science Center phaeno and the Designer Outlet, or visit historic cities like Celle (approx. 22 km), Wolfenbüttel (approx. 50 km), and Braunschweig (approx. 40 km).

From the hotel (room, reception, breakfast, fitness and wellness room) to the hotel facilities, everything was perfect. The bio pond with a great view was also beautiful. Pure tranquility. Very good recreation. The staff and the boss very friendly and helpful.

The planning was great, we really liked the whole package. Everything was perfect from the food to the treatments. All promises were fulfilled and that super spontaneously with only approx. two weeks lead time.
