Needs to be revised. Sometimes the bracelet did not work . No one was there then . You couldn't get in or out of the bathroom.

Nice somewhat simple hotel, many local guests. There are two dinner times. There is also a bar.

Objective friendliness

There are water aerobics and bus excursions can be booked. We went hiking in the area and visited the surrounding villages.

Starter salads are usually the same, soups change. The selection of main courses includes a meat dish, otherwise vegan and vegetarian. Dishes are carefully seasoned and can also be reordered.

The Silbertherme spa with bathrobe corridor is recommended. Good selection of saunas with outdoor pool and small restaurant. There is also a textile bath with outdoor pool and gastronomy. Most treatments are carried out in the hotel.

Undoubtedly the best thing about this hotel is the unlimited access to the neighboring Silbertherme with its spacious bathing area and diverse sauna area. The hotel itself can be classified as good middle class. The cleanliness and functionality of the rooms and other facilities are very good. Unfortunately, there are hardly any gastronomic facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, no access to cash and only limited shopping facilities for daily necessities. The town of Selva Gardena is approx. 2.5 km away. There is rarely a bus service, on foot it is a very strenuous walk as the path is up a steep incline. Transfers to and from the train station were free and worked well.

I would like to praise the entire staff! This applies to the ladies and gentlemen at reception as well as the waitresses and waiters, the room service and the ladies in the spa area.

Compared to my last SpaDreams therapeutic stay in Mariánské Lázně in October 2023, the treatments here are weak. In Mariánské Lázně, for example, there was a medical consultation at the beginning, after which the treatments were determined. There were more than ten treatments in total. In Warmbad there were only five: 2 x massage, 2 x mud pack, 1 x waterbed massage. I did not meet a spa doctor. The treatments themselves were very good.

There was some confusion here. I had booked full board. This means breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was basically nothing wrong with breakfast and dinner. However, lunch only consisted of a so-called midday snack. This consisted of a soup, various raw vegetables and pieces of wrap. There were also AFG drinks, which were only available to guests who had booked "all inclusive". This was not lunch in the sense of full board! The quality of the food was solid, tasty and the food was always fresh. It was not home cooking in the true sense of the word. Much of it was pre-made and from the freezer. Nevertheless, there was nothing to complain about.

The Silver Spa, which is available to hotel guests free of charge and with unlimited access, is hard to beat.
