Take time for yourself to enjoy relaxing tranquility and a balanced diet on a fasting retreat – and do something beneficial for your body and mind with the intermittent fasting method.
Did you know there are different forms and methods of fasting? In this package, we offer the "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method – here, you count hours, not calories, and can still enjoy your favourite dishes. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then indulge for 8 hours to your heart's content. Find your own rhythm and let your soul unwind, perhaps during a hike in beautiful nature.

Studies suggest that intermittent fasting can enhance metabolism, improve memory, and increase the urge to move. Other potential benefits include fat loss due to a slightly increased metabolism, a boost to the immune system, and improved blood sugar levels, which could reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the long term.
