Dining & Leisure
With a view of the greenery you can enjoy the freshly prepared Ayurveda buffet in the open restaurant. All dishes consist of mainly regional ingredients and are prepared doshagerecht. Fruits and vegetables are partly from our own cultivation. Accompanying persons dine per session on request.
Health & Treatments
The Ayurvedic doctor (on call) and several therapists take care of your well-being at the Ayurveda Center. Spaciously designed, over 3 floors with 8 open treatment rooms and views of nature, you will enjoy a high level of comfort and privacy. Upon request, a German-speaking translator is available to assist you during consultations (with prior notice). Furthermore, the resort has relaxation areas, an Ayurvedic pharmacy and a yoga hall for meditation and yoga. Acupuncture can be booked on site for a fee.
Pool Area
Free Time
The outdoor pool with massage jets and loungers is a great way to relax and find yourself during your spa-free time. If you want to make your free time a little more active, take nature walks or trips to nearby attractions. For example, the Brief Garden, a park-like landscape with art collection (approx. 2 km) and the Kande Viharaya Temple (approx. 6 km) with the highest sitting Buddha in Sri Lanka (approx. 56 m high) are worth a trip. The Silent Garden team will be happy to help you with the organization. Bathing opportunities can be found at Bentota Beach, approx. 8 km away.

- The resort is brand new (opening in October 2019) and therefore still very little visited. To be highlighted positively: The wonderful new treatment rooms with a view of the tropical forest and the very good team of therapists and the comprehensive care by the Ayurveda doctor on site. Not everything on the site has been completed yet, the remaining work on additional rooms should be completed out of season. So no active construction site, but there was an opening discount. There are currently only 8 large rooms with a balcony or terrace. All meals are taken in a shady, airy place outdoors, which we really liked.

- The managing director speaks German and takes care of every guest request individually. Everyone in the service is very friendly, even if the team is not yet well-rehearsed. If something was missing, everyone tried very hard to find a quick solution.
