The aim of this study was to offer a new perspective on the understanding of migraine, focusing in particular on the role of lifestyle, including diet.
Both Ayurveda and yoga have texts that describe the lifestyle factors that contribute to migraines and headaches .
If migraine sufferers incorporate Ayurvedic and yoga practices into their daily routine, they are likely to reduce the onset of migraines and better manage their conditions.
