Newly opened in July 2022, the wellness resort is particularly characterized by its environmental awareness and natural luxury, harmony with nature and local culture. While a breath of fresh sea air envelops you from dawn to dusk, natural materials such as wood and terracruda provide a sense of security.

Surrounded by azure bays and fringed by Mediterranean scrub, Sicily is the epitome of a retreat full of originality. Surrounded by the greenery of the Torre Salsa nature reserve, on the southwest coast of Sicily, the town of Siculiana rises on a small hill. Here, unspoiled land meets gently crashing waves, while the view sweeps over orange groves and miles of sandy beaches. Thanks to the dry Mediterranean climate with sunny, long summers and mild winter months, Sicily is an ideal vacation destination all year round.

How You Reside

90 luxurious suites furnished in earth colors with shower/WC, terrace, air conditioning, coffee/tea set, minibar, TV, hairdryer, telephone and WiFi. Of which 74 Junior Suites (approx. 55 sqm) and 16 Family Suites (approx. 75 sqm) with two sep. bedrooms and each with private bathroom. Single rooms are double rooms for single use.

Dining & Leisure

Whether from the orange tree into the juice glass or from the fishing boat onto the plate. With the farm-to-table concept, you will enjoy a breakfast buffet with fresh juices, homemade oven recipes and sweet or savory specialties in the romantic and refined main restaurant with sea view on a half-board basis, while in the evening the chefs will treat you to a 3-course à la carte gourmet menu with light Mediterranean delicacies and freshly caught fish, if available. At lunchtime, the osteria offers a range of light dishes. In the bar, which is open all day and has a panoramic terrace, you can expect coffee, fresh juices, wines (including from our own Tenuta Sanoner vineyard in Tuscany), among other things. Organic ingredients from the surrounding area.

Wellness & Spa

Inspired by the sea, the ADLER Spa offers a wide range of spa treatments such as thalassotherapy, volcanic treatments, and body and facial massages. Local organic cosmetic products from the ADLER Group e.g. sea salt from Sicily or Alpine herbs from the Dolomites. 13 treatment cabins with sea view and on the green pine landscape. The Wellness & Spa World with approx. 3200 sqm indoor and outdoor area has indoor, outdoor brine pool with salt water (approx. 33-35°C), outdoor fresh water pool, 25 m sports pool (approx. 24°C), Thalasso pool with whirlpool (approx. 28-30°C), Turkish bath, Finnish and bio sauna, natural pond, Mediterranean garden with yoga platform, 3 panoramic relaxation rooms, hairdressing salon, fitness room. Yoga, meditation and div. fitness courses according to offer.

Guided hikes, e-bike tours with rental, beach (approx. 300 m). AKI Kids Club (from 4 years), kayaking, canoeing, SUP, 18-hole golf courses (approx. 25 km), horseback riding, excursions e.g. archaeological sites (approx. 40 km), volcano Etna (approx. 220 km), etc. on request for a fee.
