This retreat focuses on working on flexibility, which starts with the body but also shapes our character and daily life. Being flexible allows us to meet everything with positivity, goodwill, and proactivity. You will utilise the flow of Vinyasa and practice in the magical, warm thermal waters of Terme di Saturnia to stretch the body.
