Panchakarma describes the " five (Ayurvedic) processes" of intensive body cleansing and regeneration and healthy alignment of one's own bioenergies. By means of a variety of detoxifying treatments, e.g. the oil forehead shower, paired with nutrition and Ayurvedic medicine, the "bad" in the body is dissolved and released via the natural excretory organs. In the end, there is more body and vitality.

‘Ayurveda in a little paradise’ Translated by Google
The Hiru Villas Resort, located on a promontory just above the sea, offers beautiful views of the bay and sunset, which can also be enjoyed directly from the sensationally great infinity pool. The whole team is very caring and helpful during the whole stay with all questions, which occur around the cure. The intensive treatments are individually tailored and complement each other perfectly. The rest becomes clearer day by day and the tranquility radiating from this place is transferred to the guest. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a lot of variety, but you have to know, that you make a cure and it is not a gourmet holiday. I felt all around like in paradise and will definitely come back. show more

- Hotel in general
- The hotel has a very personal, pleasant atmosphere. Everything is open plan and furnished in a colonial style. The rooms are nice and clean and all have a terrace or balcony where you can rest easy. The mosquito nets over the beds are very pleasant. The room facilities are very tasteful and comfortable, but not luxury amenities. Great attention is paid to cleanliness and the entire facility is kept in perfect condition by the gardeners on a daily basis. The new pool is a great addition to the area and is well maintained. Access to the sea is easily accessible via a staircase and the beach is reserved for the guests of the Dazu Villas Resort, except for the fishermen. The songs of the fishermen catching up with their net have had a very reassuring aura on me and give an insight into the tradition and the outlook of the people.

- Service and hospitality
- Really all the staff, from the doctor to the cleaning staff, exude a kindness and helpfulness that is remarkable. It tries to make everything possible, if still wishes are open.
-
- Cuisine
- The varied meals are always provided with all the flavors of the Ayurvedic diet and always lovingly prepared. Once a week, the chef gives a cooking class in ayurvedic cuisine. Nevertheless, it is a cure and not Schlemmerurlaub. But in terms of taste, there are many new things to discover.
-
- Spa, treatment and pool area
- The new infinity pool is a great addition to the resort. It has a sensational view over the sea and can also be edited by a few jets. The pool, as well as the therapy department are kept very clean and radiate a warm, authentic ambience. The entire resort radiates a great peace, which is partly responsible for the enormous recreational effect.
-
- Treatments and programmes
- The treatment plans are set individually by the doctor at the beginning and, if necessary, adjusted together with the guest again and again. All therapists are well trained and very hard-working and committed in every single, mostly excellent treatment. It is received on each guest and wishes are taken into account. The guest is always at the center of the treatments. The medical team is available around the clock should problems arise.

‘Deceleration, which lasts for a long time.’ Translated by Google
Some applications can be a little tiring for your body and mind. This was my first Ayurvedic cure. I had read something in advance and had an idea of what to expect. I was fully committed to it. What I got is an incredible gift: I was finally able to let go - I can sleep again, I'm calmer and can handle my everyday life more relaxed. I am infinitely grateful for that. In the Hiru Villa, the treatment is very gentle, the well-being of the guests comes first. Nevertheless, it is not a pure wellness holiday, which you should book without further notice, without having previously informed. show more

- Hotel in general
- The rooms are super comfortable. Not on the most modern stand, but renovated and very clean. There was nothing missing. I felt very well. There is only one beach access left. A steep staircase leads down to the left bay, which is used by the fishermen. Swimming in the sea is still possible. The fishermen can be heard from early morning until the afternoon, I got used to it after a few days and did not find it disturbing. The railway line can be heard, but this is not too often or very disturbing. The various sounds of everyday life from the village soon became part of the daily routine of the cure. The small garden offers enough space and shade for the few guests. Other rooms should not be grown otherwise this could be out of balance. There is no pool - I did not miss it. Between the applications I have read comfortably in the shade of the palm trees and dozed or enjoyed the magnificent view of the sea.
-
- Service and hospitality
- All staff are invariably friendly and helpful, always with a sincere smile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
-
- Cuisine
- The meals are very tasty. Possible intolerances or nutritional wishes (vegan) are reliably observed. Guests are served individual, doshagerechte courts, in consultation with the doctors in half, normal or double serving. In a sociable round every meal was an experience.
-
- Spa, treatment and pool area
- Very nice and quiet therapy area. The individual cabins offer enough privacy. The door is "closed" with a curtain. So the air can circulate well, it was never stuffy. The natural walls of the cabins support this.
-
- Treatments and programmes
- Very friendly and competent therapists, on request, the treatments gender-separated (female guest = female therapist / male guest = male therapists) instead.

‘Relaxing and regenerating’ Translated by Google
Excellent structure with a very welcoming staff and extremely personalized ayurveda treatments. show more
-
- Hotel in general
- Good hotel with very nice common areas and a garden with a beautiful sea view, easily accessible by a staircase. The rooms, although a little dated, are kept in good condition and the cleanliness is excellent.
-
- Service and hospitality
- All the staff at Hiru Villas is always available to respond to guests' requests.
-
- Cuisine
- The main chef offers excellent cuisine using only local products. As much as the menu follows the Ayurvedic principles are also included chicken and fish dishes as well as those typically vegetarian. The 4 stars are due to the fact that the main chef was absent a few days and the other chefs of the structure, although they offer a discreet level, are not at his height.
-
- Treatments and programmes
- Therapists on average good level. Excellent Ayurveda doctor.
