The accommodation features a communal kitchen, a dining room, and a yoga and meditation room on the upper floor.
Lützelflüh is nestled in the picturesque Emmental, where charming landscapes with historical flair combine to create an inviting place for rest and relaxation. The idyllic surroundings of Lützelflüh are characterised by gentle hills, lush meadows, and quaint farms. The scenic hiking trails invite you to explore the breathtaking nature of the Emmental.
The catering for the retreat is entirely focused on Ayurveda and organic quality. Over a period of 5 days, the focus is on an Ayurvedic diet rich in raw food and vegetarian dishes. Conscious and thorough chewing during meals not only aids digestion but also optimises nutrient absorption in the body. At 9 a.m., Nicole prepares breakfast for the group. Lunch is at 1 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. In between, snacks such as fresh fruit and coffee and tea are available. No alcohol. Please specify any food intolerances when booking.
The yoga sessions take place in the attic of the mill and, weather permitting, also outdoors, such as by the river.
Beatrice Thalia Rusu from Germany is a certified yoga teacher BDY/EYU and teaches powerful Hatha Yoga in the morning and gentle singing bowl Yin Yoga in combination with Yoga nidra and guided meditations in nature in the evening. Nicole leads the evening meditations and introduces you to the basics of Ayurveda.
2 double rooms and 5 multi-bed rooms with Wi-Fi, heating, desk, wardrobe, and shared bathroom in the hallway (4 toilets and 2 showers).
