If you book alkaline diet to the group dates of Buchinger fasting, you will receive more service at no extra charge, such as information from the nutritionist, lectures, walks, Nordic walking and detox, chair or yin yoga, shaking or organ meditation.

In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you. With half board, enjoy a 3-course dinner in the evening. Additionally, à la carte Euro-Asian dishes featuring seasonal and regional products are available at the "Rubin" restaurant. Wellness & Spa
The public and completely textile-free HotSpa (approx. 8,000 sqm) with direct access to Lake Constance features 5 different themed saunas such as earth, smoke, bamboo, colour light, and log cabin saunas, steam bath, and a salt grotto. The Japanese Onsen bath with a water temperature of about 100-104°F adds a unique touch to the HotSpa. The comprehensive range of massages, wraps, Thalasso cosmetics, Ayurvedic and Balinese treatments also focuses on the theme of 'warmth'. NEW since 2024: New wellness house with additional massage and relaxation rooms.
The fitness room bora jim with 6 Kinesis stations from Technogym allows for a full-body workout that can be performed sitting or standing, targeting all muscle groups. The Kinesis stations feature Fullgravity technology, which enables three-dimensional movements and helps rediscover natural movement patterns.

Exclusive, personalised beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, detox treatments, wraps, scrubs, and much more are available for you.
Free Time
Around Lake Constance, there are many cycling and hiking trails, ideal for outdoor activities. Various water sports are also available on the lake, and within a 15-30 minute drive, four 18-hole golf courses can be reached.

The room selection includes Comfort Double Rooms (approx. 25 sqm), Panorama Double Rooms (approx. 24 sqm), and Exquisite Double Rooms (approx. 31 sqm). There are also Panorama Exquisite Double Rooms (approx. 29 sqm) with a side lake view. The hotel also offers accessible rooms. Suites are available on request. Single rooms are double rooms for single use.
