The hotel is located in the village of Singtali in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. This region, part of the Tehri Garhwal district, nestles amidst a forested hill landscape on the banks of the Ganges, straddling the transition zone between the Himalayan foothills and the plains of North India. The area is characterized by natural tranquility, crisp air, and lush greenery. Set away from tourist hubs, Singtali is ideal for those seeking peace, keen hikers, or anyone wishing to experience the spiritual power of the Ganges. Noteworthy nearby attractions include Rishikesh, the 'Yoga Capital of the World', with its ashrams, suspension bridges, the evening Ganga Aarti ceremony, and ample shopping opportunities (about 1–1.5 hours away), as well as Devprayag, a significant spiritual site where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganges (approximately 50 minutes away). The impressive Tehri Dam, one of Asia's largest man-made lakes, is also accessible within about two hours and is perfect for nature excursions and water sports. The most convenient arrival is via Jolly Grant Airport near Dehradun, roughly a 90-minute drive. Alternatively, arrival by train via Rishikesh or Haridwar is also possible.

VILEEN offers its guests a balanced, predominantly vegetarian and Ayurveda-inspired cuisine. Meals are prepared using fresh, regional ingredients, with a focus on type-specific, nutrient-rich, and easily digestible food. Guests can enjoy meals à la carte or as a set menu, tailored to their specific treatment or individual health condition. Gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options are also available upon request. The in-house restaurant is situated in a spacious, modernly designed area with a view of the greenery, serving not only classic Ayurvedic dishes but also light Indian and international cuisine. The experience is enhanced by tea stations featuring Ayurvedic herbal teas and infused water with fruits and spices. In line with Ayurvedic philosophy, alcohol is not served.

In four modern treatment rooms equipped with Western comforts, an experienced team consisting of an Ayurveda doctor and four therapists offer personalized treatments.
