The hotel is located in the village of Singtali in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Participants in an Ayurveda therapy receive personalised meals, tailored according to the recommendations of the Ayurvedic doctor and served as part of a set menu. The dishes are nutrient-rich, easily digestible, and tailored to individual health needs. Guests not undergoing therapy can choose from a selection of light Indian and international dishes à la carte. Gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options are also available upon prior request.
