Frithjof Bluhm has been practicing yoga for about 25 years and has been a certified yoga teacher 700+ since 2011. He has been meditating since he was 14 years old and enjoys sharing his experiences in meditation sessions. Since 1998, he has practiced Vipassana meditation. Additionally, he is trained in Ayurvedic massages such as Abhyanga, Mukabhyanga, Padabhyanga, acupressure, or Reiki and is also a certified fasting course leader.
The trained fitness instructor Wiktoria Reichhardt has been accompanied by yoga in her life for over 15 years. Throughout her journey across Europe, she has gained extensive experience, which she is eager to share in her yoga classes.
