The ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea is idyllically situated at the foot of the Sierra de Bernia, high above the Mediterranean on the Costa Blanca – just about 31 miles from Alicante and within sight of the charming coastal town of Altea. The ZEMness Spa & Wellness world spans 4,000 m² and is divided into two equal areas: a spacious spa with exclusive water and heat experiences, and a high-tech-supported wellness zone with holistic treatments. The 2,000 m² spa area of the ZEMness world offers exclusive water and heat experiences for profound relaxation and regeneration. Highlights include a snow cabin, Himalayan salt cabin, infrared cabin, Watsu pool, Rassoul therapy, a traditional Hammam, and both bio and dry saunas. Each space is designed with tranquility, aesthetics, and therapeutic benefit in mind—for a holistic spa experience of the highest standard.

The 2,000 m² wellness zone features 42 modern treatment cabins for individually tailored facial and body therapies. It combines traditional manual techniques with innovative high-tech, including water treatments with advanced hydrotherapy and a Recovery Unit with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, pressotherapy, and the Relounge Metawell system.

The ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea combines medical excellence with personalized health programs focused on prevention, regeneration, and long-term well-being. A total of seven curated health and longevity programs cover topics such as detox, immune boosting, anti-aging, pain therapy, or hormonal balance – all based on medical diagnostics, modern laboratory medicine, and an individually tailored treatment plan. The offer is complemented by classic medical examinations, targeted treatments from integrative medicine, and holistic approaches from nutrition, exercise, and stress management. The goal is to not only treat symptoms but to promote health holistically and sustainably.

The clinic features its own medical center with 25 specialties and 32 medical rooms for diagnostics & medical therapies. All programs are based on medical diagnostics and are supervised by an interdisciplinary team of experts. Particularly noteworthy is the humanistic approach: The medical examinations follow the principles of classical medicine – personal, unhurried, with ample room for genuine care. Special areas range from preventive and regenerative medicine to dermo-aesthetics, pain therapy, hormone regulation, and personalized laboratory diagnostics. The fitness area at ZEM Wellness Clinic is managed by a team of experienced experts, combining cutting-edge training methods with personalised attention.
