ZEMness Spa & Wellness World

The ZEMness Spa & Wellness World spans over 4,000 square metres and is divided into two equally large areas: a lavish spa with exclusive water and heat experiences, and a high-tech wellness zone with holistic treatments.

The 2,000 square metre Spa World of ZEMness offers exclusive water and heat experiences for profound relaxation and rejuvenation. Highlights include a snow cabin, Himalayan salt cabin, infrared cabin, Watsu pool, Rassoul therapy, a traditional hammam, as well as organic and dry saunas. Each space is designed with tranquility, aesthetics, and therapeutic benefit in mind – for a holistic spa experience of the highest standard.

The 2,000 square metre Wellness World features 42 modern treatment rooms for individually tailored facial and body therapies. It combines traditional manual techniques with cutting-edge technology – including water treatments with advanced hydrotherapy, a Recovery Unit with , hyperbaric oxygen therapy, pressotherapy, and the Relounge Metawell system.

The ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea combines medical excellence with personalized health programs divided into two main areas: Balance & Vitality for regeneration, stress reduction, and energy recovery, and Longevity for prevention, healthy cellular aging, and sustainable vitality. These cover topics such as detox, immune boosting, anti-aging, pain treatment, and hormonal balance – all based on medical diagnostics, cutting-edge laboratory medicine, and a tailored treatment plan.

The clinic features its own medical center with 25 specialized departments and 32 medical rooms for diagnostics & medical treatments. All programs are based on medical diagnostics and are supervised by an interdisciplinary team of experts. Your health journey follows a 3-phase structure: It begins with a personal health questionnaire and medical evaluation, followed by diagnostics, treatments, and Mediterranean nutrition on-site, before a 45-day follow-up integrates your achievements sustainably into everyday life.

The fitness area of the ZEM Wellness Clinic is supervised by an experienced team of experts and combines state-of-the-art training methods with individual care.
