Rasayana Regeneration and Relaxation Therapy

You will receive one therapy day less than the number of nights booked.

• Ayurvedic full board and herbal tea
• 1x initial Ayurvedic consultation (45 min., in English) including medical history, pulse diagnosis, determination of doshas, and individual therapy plan creation
• 1x intermediate consultation for stays longer than 12 therapy days
• 1x final consultation with the Ayurveda specialist
• 1x personalised dietary advice with the Ayurveda specialist
• On therapy days, daily 1 Ayurvedic treatment such as full-body Ayurvedic massage, foot and leg massage, Shirodhara forehead oil flow, and more
• On therapy days, daily group Yoga sessions in the morning (60 min.)
