At Palmaïa - House of AïA, a programme has been created based on a series of ancient rituals and practices to explore the deeper meanings and mysteries of life, connecting individuals to AïA through personal exploration of the physical body and subconscious. The programme includes up to 12 diverse and high-quality guided sessions per day, including

and much more. Activities take place at various locations: Rituals Deck, Mangrove Deck, Gypsy Tent, Oceans Tent, Psychedelic Mushroom, Aisuru, Plunge Pool Tent, Eolo Beach Club. Each has its own unique atmosphere - whether among green palms, with a fresh sea breeze, feet in the sand, or amidst cosy earth tones.

Whether on the beach, in the sunlit "Plantissa - Healthy Café" and juice bar, or at one of the four themed restaurants - traverse the seven seas and embark on a culinary adventure worth travelling for: "LEK" with Mexican specialties, "Su Casa" on the beach with a Caribbean vibe and international cuisine, "Ume" with Asian cuisine, and "Mar de Olivo" with Mediterranean dishes. A diverse selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes is available, with non-vegan/vegetarian options also optionally available. Taco enthusiasts will delight in the popular "Vegan Taco Food Truck", winner of the 2018 Vegan Taco Competition in L.A. At the "Eolo Beach Club", you'll find jungle beats played by guest artists and pool bars serving fresh fruit cocktails. Allergies or intolerances are usually inquired about or can be reported in advance.

Relax in 4 pools (including 1 adults-only pool) nestled between buildings and the beach (with a children's area). At the Atlantis Spa, traditional massages and extraordinary treatments (rituals, energy healing therapies such as the Mezcal Ritual or Fire Ceremony) are offered, largely inspired by ancient cultures like the Maya or Aztecs. The focus is on activating and harmonizing energy centers, awakening consciousness, and stimulating self-healing. Additionally, a variety of skin pampering programs are available. Besides physical health, mental recovery is a priority. A freshwater cenote invites you to unwind. Treatment rooms with glass fronts offer jungle views, and a Tamazcal "sweat lodge" is also available. At the Avalon Beauty Salon, choose from various pampering treatments (hair mask, pedicure, manicure, hairdressing, waxing).

Discover an exotic array of flora and fauna at every turn. Palmaïa is committed to preserving nature in its pristine state. The plants and trees provide natural shade for your activities, and the greenhouse showcases various plant species. Iguanas, monkeys, agoutis, hummingbirds, and coatis will bring a smile to your face, and the grackle will gladly wake you with its chirping at sunrise for your first morning Pranayama session.

Palmaïa offers a Waldorf-inspired childcare program at the Awen Center with qualified caregivers, creating an environment based on avant-garde thinking that allows children to naturally explore and enhance their senses. The goal is to reconnect children with the rhythms of the natural world, providing a space that respects and fosters their emotional, physical, and mental development, enabling them to explore and trust the world.

Supervised activities for children both indoors and outdoors at the Awen Children's Center. Mini aqua park for children. Nearby are the Maya ruins in Tulum (about 43 miles) or the pyramids in Chichén Itzá (about 118 miles). The town of Playa del Carmen is approximately 3 miles away. Tours can be booked on site.
