In addition to daily yoga sessions in the morning or at sunset, you will be enchanted with two unforgettable hikes in the unique landscape of the island. The love and admiration for the sparse desert landscape often unfolds at second glance. For active travellers, there is also the opportunity to try kite surfing, surfing, or windsurfing, with courses available for booking. Additionally, you can explore the area with rented bicycles. Or you can relax on the beautiful beaches of Cotillo and enjoy great food at nearby restaurants.

The expansive beach of El Cotillo and the "Lagos", the village's coves, are among the most beautiful beaches in Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands. At the large beach, you can watch surfers riding the waves or try it out yourself with a surfing course. The village originated as a fishing village by locals and has since gained bars, cafes, restaurants, and small shops offering handicrafts, jewellery, or surfing accessories, yet it has retained its unique charm. Here, tourists, locals, and newcomers mingle.

Surrounding you will find many cafes and restaurants with local Canarian dishes, international specialties, and fresh seafood to suit every taste. Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed daily at different cafes or the Smoothie Bowl Bar (all within walking distance, yoga instructor Kathrin will introduce you to the options on-site). On two evenings, you (with other participants in the group) will dine with Kathrin at one of the restaurants in the area and in Corralejo.

Since childhood, movement has played a significant role in Kathrin Adrion's life. Practicing various sports from a young age has led her to what she does today. Her studies in Sports Science (B.A.) and subsequent studies in Prevention and Health Management (M.A.) have brought her closer to her desire to share her passion for movement with others. However, not only physical activity itself, but also a healthy and balanced lifestyle in terms of dealing with stress, relaxation, and nutrition plays a significant role in her life and work. She took the step to become self-employed with her company "Lesano" to share and pass on her experience and passion. Her goal is to help participants achieve a sustainably healthy and balanced life in everyday life, thereby preventing disease risks early and simultaneously strengthening health resources. "It's not about what sport you do or how good you are at it, but that you enjoy moving or perhaps even discover a new passion within yourself. Here, personal well-being, not performance, is the focus. Notice what and how much does you good!"

During your stay, you can participate in two excursions: to the impressive Calderón Hondo volcano and the charming village of Lajares, where you can look into the crater, and to the only desert in Europe, near Corralejo at the northeastern tip of the island. Various massages are optionally available at a nearby massage studio (about a 3-minute walk). In your free time, you can spend wonderfully relaxed hours on the beach or in the Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. Those who still want to move can enjoy endless beach walks or explore with rental bicycles. Adventure seekers can also book a surfing course or surf, kite, or windsurf individually.
