The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. Here you will find ayurvedic dishes, which are put together for you by the Ayurveda doctor and therapist team and adapted to your constitution type (Dosha). If you would like to take Ayurvedic cuisine home with you or pass on your knowledge to family and friends, you have the opportunity to take part in cooking courses here.
Ayurveda Centre
In the Ayurveda Centre on the 1st floor, a team of experienced Ayurveda doctors and several therapists with many years of experience await you for your individually tailored Ayurveda treatment. For optimal results you will receive at least 4 treatments daily, which include all the classical elements of Panchakarma (fivefold cleansing) and are suitable for vitalisation, regeneration, strengthening and building up the immune system, among other things. The Ayurvedic medicine used, comes from the in-house pharmacy. Yoga pavilion for Yoga, meditation, music therapy and Qi Gong (see below).

The doctrine of longevity is a kind of "wonder weapon" in many different areas, e.g. migraine, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, back pain, skin, digestive or circulatory problems, weight regulation, depression, multiple sclerosis and many more.
Yoga
Mostly Hatha - takes place 5 times a week in Garden Beach as a group in the Yoga Pavilion. The word Hatha is composed of the syllables "ha-" (sun, active life) and "-tha" (moon, calmness, feelings, intuition) and includes the very body-oriented branch of Yoga, which deals with the balancing of opposites. The goal of the different body (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) is to unite both components and thus to achieve personal balance.
Qi Gong
To regulate the energy (Qi) flow in the body. Qi Gong comes from the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is offered twice a week in a group. Through breathing and concentration exercises, gentle movements and meditation, the mind can become clearer, the body stronger and the person healthier.
Free Time
Outdoor pool with sun loungers or beach for spending the relaxing hours after the treatments. Evening events according to offer such as music and dance lectures. The team also organizes various off-site excursions, for example. to the turtle farm Kosgoda (about 30 minutes drive, about € 20), moonstone in Meetiyagoda (about 1 hour drive, about € 40) or port Galle (about 1 hour drive, about € 63).Getting There

- Comfortable and very well cared resort with an intimate, warm, homey and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms overlooking the garden and ocean (upper floor rooms have a wider view). Making room with sarong, towels, fresh flowers and thermos or hot and cold water. Also provide you with herbal shampoo, mouth water and toothpaste. In monsoon season the ocean is not swimmable, but there is a nice small pool to dip into. Next town Bentota is 10 min by tuktuk and several turtle farms along the road.
