The Ayurveda treatments are fully tailored to the needs of each guest. Families are warmly welcomed at Villa 386. There is an option to book hourly childcare on-site, allowing parents to focus on themselves during their treatments and truly unwind.

Explore the breathtaking flora and fauna on walks and bike rides or dive into the deep blue of the Indian Ocean.

To achieve the best results from an Ayurveda treatment, Villa 386 focuses on healthy Ayurvedic nutrition. The chef, in consultation with the Ayurveda doctor, takes care of the dosha-appropriate meals for the guests (white fish and chicken available on request). All dishes are prepared with natural herbs and spices, some from the hotel's own herb garden. Food intolerances or special diets can be accommodated (please specify when booking).

The villa features a separate Ayurveda pavilion with 2 treatment rooms for your scheduled treatments. Upon arrival, the in-house Ayurveda doctor conducts a detailed initial consultation and creates a personalised treatment and diet plan. The focus of your therapy can be individually adjusted on-site in consultation with the Ayurveda doctor. Therapy-supporting yoga and meditation sessions with an experienced yoga master help you disconnect and forget the stresses of daily life.

The 3.5-hectare garden and the outdoor pool (15m) are perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests seeking tranquillity can unwind in the private yoga and meditation pavilion. The surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities to stay active between treatments. The hotel staff are happy to assist in organising excursions, for example to Galle or Colombo (at a charge).
