A week of fasting according to Buchinger or alkaline fasting with naturopath and medically certified fasting leader Natascha Engers. Eager for health, a new experience, inner development? Then you're in the right place. We aim to activate all three levels during our fasting week. Enjoy the beautiful nature while hiking, experience movement, let go of daily life, and delve into feelings through stillness, meditation, and dance. In a protected, communal setting, you also give undivided attention to your soul. Through exchange with the leader, MMag. Silvana Lins, it becomes clear what you have placed before your soul, the pains and fears burdening you. Through accompanying, reflective energy work and constellation work, meditations, discussion rounds, and relaxation in a singing bowl bath, you release deep-seated aspects of pain and fear within you, to freely and sustainably strengthen all levels for your further life journey. Alkaline fasting is also available as an alternative to juice fasting.
