Surrounding the resort with its rehabilitation centre is the 150 km long 4-Sun Vital Course, which invites you to Nordic walking, running, or hiking. The Vital Course offers 23 different tours away from the hustle and bustle, with various lengths and elevations.

In the cosy restaurant with a conservatory and pine lounge, the head chef delights all guests with international vital cuisine, characterised by local sourcing, freshness, and seasonality. Adjacent, you'll find a café in the rehabilitation centre. The inviting atmosphere is perfect for a dreamy blend in the morning or a stimulating espresso in the afternoon. The café also offers a wide selection of tea and coffee compositions, as well as homemade cakes and pastries without chemical additives, crafted in our own patisserie.

The 1,000 sqm spa area with outdoor pool, sauna area and relaxation rooms, as well as an Alphasphere deep relaxation lounger, invites you to deep relaxation and deceleration. OptimaMed Rehabilitation Center

Numerous specially equipped training and fitness rooms are available to all guests during their stay. A focus of the center is scoliosis. The center also offers a comprehensive range of the latest diagnostic and therapeutic programs, as well as dietetic and psychological support. In addition to classic physiotherapy and massages, numerous additional therapies such as electrotherapy, healing massage, matrix rhythm therapy, wraps, lymphatic drainage, ACP therapy (biological, body's own alternative for treating sports injuries), Schroth therapies, osteopathy, and medical cosmetics are offered. Other areas of expertise include pelvic floor therapies and occupational therapy.
