Gentle, agile, flowing, powerful, calm, intense, functional, invigorating, stabilizing, energizing, sensitive, healing, relaxing! Vinyasa is a form of Hatha Yoga, where the Asana (postures) are not only performed statically but are fluidly connected to each other. The connecting force is the breath, which carries, leads, and accompanies the movements. Vinyasa Yoga is powerful, dynamic, yet also gentle and meditative.

The LaufCampus running coach Nicola Wittich is also qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (Advanced Teacher Training) with YA RYT 500 and pursues her motto "YOGA and RUNNING – the perfect unity" focusing on endurance, flexibility, and stability, which reflect both physically and mentally. The balance of these elements leads to the good feeling of being active and entices sharing this sensation with others.

8 a.m. | YOGA | Rise & Shine / Energy Flow | 60 min – invigorating & powerful. We awaken our energy in the morning with dynamic asanas (body positions) linked with flowing breath, enhancing strength, stamina, and flexibility. Includes Sun Salutations. Style: Vinyasa.

11:45 a.m. | YOGA "Inside Flow" | 75 min – invigorating & powerful
This yoga session is derived from Vinyasa Flow. An hour of flow, with no beginning and no end. A flowing sequence of asanas guided by the breath and modern music. A fusion of tradition and evolution. In this session, a choreography of asanas is built to modern music, where each breath movement leads to a body movement. The breath directs the movements, and each movement is synchronized with inhalation and exhalation. Ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic and powerful flow and want to improve their physical condition. Suitable for experienced and advanced practitioners.
TIME FOR YOURSELF (SPA and sauna use, wellness treatments)

8:30 a.m. | YOGA | Detox - Testing your Twist | 60 min – cleansing - Yoga instead of espresso - for a morning boost. A dynamic wake-up flow with many twists. Softens the diaphragm and aids in detoxifying your body. Style: Vinyasa.
