Exhaustion, stress, and a lack of joy are often signs that your body and mind need a break. A deliberate timeout helps to rejuvenate energy, find inner peace, and significantly enhance mental well-being. Revital is the perfect sanctuary for relaxation, stress management, detox, and personal reorientation.
The Revital is a specialized retreat hotel for women located on the Balcon du Jura, boasting over 30 years of experience in holistic regeneration. The cosy living room and conservatory are perfect spots for relaxation, while the garden offers serene places to unwind on the lawn or by the pond. Tailored therapies, healthy nutrition, and a mindful daily rhythm enhance relaxation, promote clarity, and aid in stress management. This non-smoking hotel provides a comforting atmosphere with ample time for slowing down, relaxing, detoxing, and digital detox.
Perched at 1,200 meters above sea level on the balcony of the Jura, the Revital stands as a unique retreat with breathtaking panoramic views. A week to breathe and rejuvenate: With vegetarian, organic cuisine, fresh herbs, and lovingly prepared meals three times daily (breakfast from 8-11 a.m., lunch from 1 p.m., dinner from 6:45 p.m.). The week begins with a focus on detoxification with light meals. From Wednesday, the menu becomes more varied with colourful fruit plates or muesli for breakfast and fish for dinner. Freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices and fruit bowls are available throughout the day. Snacks can be delivered to your room upon request. A tea table in the dining hall with various types of tea is accessible around the clock. A special highlight is the Himalayan salt therapy in the conservatory, beneficial for stimulating metabolism, aiding digestion, and balancing blood pressure. Revital focuses on a light, vegetarian cuisine that supports detoxification while remaining delightful. Alcohol is consciously avoided, with minor exceptions: a welcome drink and a glass of wine at dinner. The festive gala dinner on Friday (5-6 courses) features champagne and fish. This nutritional concept helps you return to daily life refreshed and re-energized.
