Theme Week
Our themed weeks blend relaxation with inspiration. Complementing the pampering programme, workshops, lectures, and other activities invite you to try new things and discover your own potential. Whether it's yoga, dancing, puzzling, or intuitive archery, active relaxation is at the core.
Arrival on 15 June: How Angels Love Us: Everyone is surrounded by celestial beings. However, angels can only assist when we ask them to. This themed week teaches how to connect with angels, supplemented by various methods and rituals that help perceive their presence.
Arrival on 13 July: Free Writing: This week focuses on writing as a personal expression and a path to inner orientation. Through simple exercises, guided prompts, and creative methods, participants are encouraged to explore their own themes, thoughts, and feelings. Participants are encouraged to discover their individual writing practices, tackle sensitive questions, and give space to their inner experiences.
Arrival on 20 July: La nature et moi: This special hiking week combines nature experiences, mindfulness, and rejuvenation: in small groups, the most beautiful and powerful places around Chasseron are explored. Hikes of varying difficulty, tailored to individual needs, allow for a delightful nature experience combined with relaxation and moments of well-being at Revital.
Arrival on 10 August: Meditative Archery: is an effective form of mindfulness, where focusing on the movement process creates a state of inner calm, presence, and flow, in harmony with breath and movement. This meditative process enhances serenity, creativity, and well-being and is particularly appealing to those seeking an active alternative to traditional seated meditation.
Arrival on 31 August: Yoga and the Art of Letting Go: Combines yoga, relaxation, and meditation exercises with inspiring insights about letting go. A holistic approach to consciously leave behind old patterns, inner tension, and burdensome thoughts. Through targeted bodywork and reflection, space is created for inner peace, new clarity, and greater ease in everyday life.
Arrival on 21 September: Love Yourself: This themed week is dedicated to strengthening self-love, self-care, and inner clarity. Through mindful reflection, practical exercises, and the recognition and resolution of old beliefs, space is created for a more loving relationship with oneself. The focus is on developing an attitude that allows one to perceive personal needs, respect personal boundaries, and live one's potential with more self-confidence and inner satisfaction.
Arrival on 28 September/30 November: Oriental Flow: Here, yoga and oriental dance merge into a holistic movement experience that aligns body and mind. The creative training particularly strengthens the pelvic floor and fascia, while also enhancing joy, self-confidence, and inner balance.
Arrival on 19 October: Murder at the Women's Hotel: In the crime week, relaxation meets excitement. While the usual pampering week at Revital continues, a mysterious crime needs to be solved on the side. With humour, team spirit, and detective flair, the women's hotel becomes the stage for a playful crime adventure, stress-free but full of thrills.
Arrival on 26 October: Yoga and Meditation: Find peace and fully arrive back in your own life. With mindful yoga and guided meditations, a space is created for inner clarity, mental presence, and physical well-being, away from the hectic everyday life.
Arrival on 9 November: Heal Your Heart: Accompanied by angels, this week focuses on gentle heart healing, supported by meditation, conversations, and radiant energy. Unblocking emotions so that inner peace, love, and lightness become palpable again.

Digital Detox: Revital does not offer Wi-Fi, and mobile reception is rather poor. At Revital, comfort and relaxation are encouraged – a casual dress code is explicitly welcome. For the festive gala dinner on Friday evening, a slightly more elegant outfit should be chosen.
Please note that the hotel is not wheelchair accessible, and navigating stairs requires a certain level of mobility.
