Ayurveda guests enjoy dosha-appropriate dining in the vegetarian Ayurveda restaurant "LunchBox", always considering the personal dietary plan developed with the hotel's dietary advisor. At the Ayurveda and Wellness Center "Marie de Bourgogne", indulge in a comprehensive pampering experience. Our Ayurveda specialist and several professional therapists from India are dedicated to your daily well-being in our Ayurveda area, which features 10 treatment rooms and authentic Indian furnishings. Since winter 2022, over 1,000 sqm have been devoted to the holistic experience, including a new yoga room, a terrace, and 5 additional treatment rooms. We offer a variety of Ayurvedic treatments such as head, face, foot, and relaxation massages, as well as Nasya (sinus cleansing). Daily yoga and meditation perfectly complement your Ayurveda therapy. Yoga for travel companions is available at approximately €35 (approx. UK £30 / USD $37) per hour, payable locally. Our 8-time award-winning spa area includes further highlights such as a hammam, sensorial showers, barrel sauna, relaxation rooms with heated loungers, a tea corner, and a fitness room. Wellness treatments include classic massages such as hot stone, candle, grape, or hydro massage, facial treatments, full body wraps, balneotherapy, and cold therapy. Cosmetic treatments with products from Vinésime, Mila 21, and Gold émotion. Aquabiking and chromo- and cryotherapy are included according to the treatment plan or available for an additional fee on site.
